Where Personalized Care Meets Exceptional Results
You’re more than just a number or a case to be managed.
Our one doctor to one patient approach ensures you’re heard, seen, and guided on the best path to recovery.
Patient Assessments
Each client presents a puzzle to be solved. We find solutions to pain and injury through attention to detail, an ability to empathize, and deep expertise. We begin with a detailed assessment of the injury, a patient’s lifestyle, movement and activity goals, and a careful diagnosis. Then we build a treatment plan, tailored to the client and their specific needs, that incorporates hands on work as well as a home exercise plan and any activity modifications.
In addition to knowledge and skill, we employ a range of state-of-the-art tools and techniques as well as new and emerging treatments to offer the most effective care. We also regularly work with medical professionals, specialists, and trainers to design a multidisciplinary plan that improves strength, agility, and health.
Appointments
No referral is needed to make an appointment. The District of Columbia recognizes the advanced skills and training required to be a Doctor of Physical Therapy and supports Direct Access. Direct Access enables us to evaluate and treat patients without a physician referral. If patients present with a condition out of the scope of our practice, we will provide a referral to the appropriate clinician.
Patient Forms
Once a patient schedules an appointment, ClareMotion will send the patient a welcome email with all information necessary for logging into the patient portal. Patients are asked to complete and submit all intake forms prior to their first appointment. For support accessing and using the patient portal, please click here.
